Sept. 25

• Officers investigated a report of terroristic threats made at a business in the 2000 block of 10th St. at 5:27 p.m.

Sept. 26

• A 38-year-old man was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated at 1st St. and 6th Ave. at 12:05 a.m.
• At 11:08 a.m., a 38-year-old man received a citation for driving without proof of insurance at 11th Ave. and 13th St.
• A 17-year-old male was cited at 11:37 a.m. for operating a vehicle with a defective muffler at 10th St. and 30th Ave.
• At 11:56 a.m., a 24-year-old man was cited for driving without proof of insurance at 10th St. and 20th Ave., and his vehicle was impounded due to lack of insurance and a plate confiscation notice from the Michigan Secretary of State.
• Operating a vehicle without a registration plate led to a citation for a 35-year-old man at 3:50 p.m. at 16th Ave. and 14th St.
• Officers investigated a two-vehicle collision at 11th Ave. and 18th St. at 7:08 p.m. that caused functional damage to both vehicles but no injuries.

Sept. 27

• A 42-year-old man was arrested for felonious assault in the 400 block of 5th St. at 6:03 p.m.

Sept. 28

• At 3:43 p.m., a 43-year-old woman was taken into custody in the 1100 block of 38th Ave. on a Menominee Police Department bench warrant.
• A 57-year-old man was arrested for second-degree retail theft in the 1900 block of 10th St. at 7:08 p.m.

Sept. 29

• Officers assisted a motorist locked out of a vehicle in the 3100 block of 10th St. at 12:09 a.m.
• At 4:05 a.m., a 31-year-old woman was arrested at 10th St. and 28th Ave. on a Menominee Police Department bench warrant and for driving without an operator’s license.
• Police arrested a 36-year-old woman at 8:26 a.m. at 1st St. and 2nd Ave. for driving an unregistered vehicle without insurance.
• A 33-year-old man was arrested in the 400 block of 6th Ave. at 11:13 a.m. on two Menominee County Sheriff’s Office bench warrants and for resisting and obstructing officers, while also being named alongside a 32-year-old woman as a suspect in child neglect.
• At 3:34 p.m., a 23-year-old man was cited for speeding and failing to present proof of insurance at 22nd St. and 34th Ave.

Sept. 30

• Driving without an operator’s license resulted in the 8:09 a.m. arrest of a 44-year-old woman at 15th St. and 17th Ave.
• A 42-year-old man was arrested at 11:52 a.m. for operating a vehicle without insurance at 10th Ave. and 10th St.
• At 12:22 p.m., a 28-year-old man was arrested in the 3400 block of 10th St. for assault, intimidation, and probation violation.
• Officers assisted a locked-out motorist in the 1100 block of 16th Ave. at 3:45 p.m.
• A 40-year-old man was arrested for retail theft in the 400 block of 10th Ave. at 4:36 p.m.
• At 4:53 p.m., officers located a runaway 4-year-old boy at 22nd St. and 23rd Ave. and returned him home safely.
• Officers responded to an abandoned dog report in the 400 block of 6th Ave. at 6 p.m., rescued the dog and transferred it to the Menominee County Animal Shelter.

Oct. 1

• At 2:56 p.m., a 28-year-old man was arrested for violating bond conditions in the 1300 block of 15th Ave.
• Officers responded to a reported assault in the 100 block of 3rd Ave. at 7:08 p.m., which remains under investigation.

Marinette Police Department: Sept. 28 - Oct. 4

Sept. 28

• Todd Thayer was arrested at 9:36 a.m. for disorderly conduct and domestic violence-related battery following a disturbance at 1533 Carney Ave.
• At 1:08 p.m., vehicles operated by Brandon Mellon and Dawn Burnside collided at Pine Tree Rd. and Woleske Rd., resulting in no injuries or citations.
• Lawrence Nicastro reported property damage at 2:50 p.m. after his vehicle was scratched while parked at 2103 Hall Ave.
• At 3:17 p.m., Nathaniel Klaver-Schimmel was arrested on a probation hold at 3450 Old Peshtigo Rd.

Sept. 29

• Vehicles driven by Keesha McGowan and Gerald Haapala collided at Pierce Ave. and Carney Ave. at 7:34 p.m., with no citations or injuries reported.

Sept. 30

• Jeremy Goodlet was arrested on a valid warrant at Carney Ave. and Myrtle St. at 7:57 a.m.
• At 8:41 a.m., vehicles driven by David Hoppa and William Shaw collided in the 300 block of Wells St., leading to a citation for Hoppa for unsafe backing and no reported injuries.
• Officers recovered a gray Concord e-bike at 634 Marinette Ave. at 2:28 p.m.
• At 4:13 p.m., a black and brown stray cat was recovered at 1103 Carney Ave.
• Vehicles operated by Ashley McMahon and James Bastien collided at Carney Ave. and Pierce Ave. at 4:46 p.m., with no injuries or citations.
• At 5:10 p.m., vehicles driven by Kaden Ducane and Cody Raygo collided at 2000 Cleveland Ave., resulting in no citations or injuries.
• Ryan Bunner was arrested on a Department of Corrections warrant during an Act 79 search at 1721 Shore Dr. at 6:14 p.m.

Oct. 1

• A theft from a vehicle was reported at 8:06 p.m. at 29 Cottage Row, where Jacob Lesperance reported a crossbow, a 20-gauge shotgun and money stolen.
• Oct. 2
• At 5:47 p.m., Richard Johnson was arrested on a valid probation warrant at 2323 Sherman St.

Oct. 3

• Police arrested Kurt Ravet on a valid probation hold at 11:39 p.m. after responding to reports of an intoxicated person at 1403 Parnell St.

Oct. 4

• Officers recovered a black e-bike as found property at 2041 9th St. at 9:53 a.m.
• At 6:24 p.m., Cory Raygo was arrested at 1310 Shore Dr. for fourth-offense operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
