Menominee Police Department activity report

MENOMINEE, MICH.  – The following Menominee Police Department report includes events from Aug. 23-29.

8/23 5:09 a.m. – Officers investigated a report of the theft of a dark blue Mongoose 18 speed bicycle from a residence. 700 block of 46th Ave.

8/24 12:10 a.m. – Warrant Arrest: A 44 year old female was arrested on a felony warrant through the Marinette County Wisconsin Sheriff’s Department. 1000 block of 10th Ave.

8/24 1:49 a.m. – A 46 year old male was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, for possession of cocaine, for two counts of carrying a concealed weapon without a concealed pistol license and for two counts of possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony. 10th St. and 42nd Ave.

8/24 9:10 a.m. – Officers investigated a report of a 14 year old male runaway who later returned home. 1500 block of 1st St.

8/24 6:17 p.m. – A 33 year old male was arrested for the theft of a blue Huffy mountain bicycle. 1500 block of 46th Ave.

8/24 7:04 p.m. – A 70 year old male was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and for having open intoxicants in a vehicle. 10th Ave. and 8th St.

8/25 6:44 a.m. – Officers were dispatched to the Menominee County Animal Shelter for a found white and black pitbull. 2400 block of 14th Ave.

8/25 9:56 a.m. – Officers investigated a report of malicious damage to several mailboxes. 2600 block of 14th Ave. and the 1300 block of West Dr.

8/25 6:57 p.m. – Warrant Arrest: A 26 year old female was arrested on a felony warrant through Manitowoc County Wisconsin. The female was a passenger in a vehicle verses deer accident which resulted in functional damage to the vehicle, but no injuries. Hwy. M35 and 48th Ave.

8/26 11:06 a.m. – Officers investigated a report of a 24 year old male who had overdosed on methamphetamine. 900 block of 26th St.

8/26 8:26 p.m. – Officers investigated a report of malicious damage to two windows that had been broken at a residence. 1000 block of 6th St.

8/27 7:04 p.m. – Officers investigated a report of a 14 year old male who ran away, was located and returned home. 1500 block of 1st St.

8/28 10:29 a.m. – Officers assisted a motorist who was locked out of their vehicle. US 41 and 41st Ave.

8/28 1:48 p.m. – A 39 year old male was cited for having an expired registration plate on a vehicle. Interstate Bridge and 10th Ave.

8/28 3:51 p.m. – Warrant Arrest: A 25 year old male was arrested on a bench warrant through the Menominee Police Department, for no operator’s license and for having an expired registration plate on a vehicle. 7th Ave. and 7th St.

8/28 5:41 p.m. – Officers investigated a report of a 14 year old male runaway who was located on 8/29 and returned to his family. 1500 block of 1st St.

8/28 10:02 p.m. – Officers investigated a report of a 24 year old male under the influence of drugs and in violation of his probation. He was taken to Aurora Bay Area Medical Center. 13th St. and 27th Ave.

8/29 7:56 a.m. – A 33 year old male was arrested for driving with a suspended license. 25th St. and 11th Ave.

8/29 8:00 p.m. – A 24 year old male was arrested for probation violation, and for larceny. 1200 block of West Dr.

8/29 8:22 a.m. – Warrant Arrest: A 42 year old male was arrested on a bench warrant through the Menominee County Sheriff’s Department. 1200 block of West Dr.
