MARINETTE – The Marinette County Sheriff’s Office congratulated assistant jail administrator Jacob Roberts and lieutenant Jon Doran on their recent graduation from the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) Leadership in Police Organizations (LPO) leadership development program.
The program was held at the Lake Delton Police Department and was a two-week course based on material developed for the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
Focused on cultivating leaders at all levels of the organization, LPO training is highly interactive. Small group case studies, videos and class exercises are used to reinforce learning.
“Thank you both for your hard work and for continuing to invest in the future of our organization and the community we serve,” Marinette County Sheriff Randy Miller said.
