Menominee Police Department: Sept. 11 - Sept. 15

Sept. 11

  • A 25-year-old female was cited at 10 a.m. at 11th Ave. and 11th St. for a booster seat violation, an expired registration plate and defective brake lights.
  • At 3:33 p.m., a 53-year-old male received a citation at 13th Ave. and 13th St. for an expired registration plate.
  • Officers arrested a 29-year-old male on a misdemeanor warrant through the Menominee Police Department in the 800 block of 10th Ave. at 4:40 p.m.
  • Two juveniles, ages 13 and 16, were arrested for assault in the 1300 block of 8th Ave. at 7:11 p.m.

Sept. 12

  • At 11:14 a.m., a 23-year-old male was arrested at County Rd. 577 and 3.5 Ln. for resisting and assaulting police officers.
  • Abandoned property, including an e-bike and a sport model bicycle, was recovered by officers at 11:41 a.m. at 13th St. and 14th Ave. and at 13th St. and 56th Ave.
  • A turned-in cellphone was taken into custody by officers at 12:41 p.m. at 15th St. and 21st Ave.
  • At 1:01 p.m., a 69-year-old male was arrested at 13th St. and 39th Ave. for the malicious use of a telephone in a domestic relationship.
  • Officers investigated a 26-year-old female in the 1900 block of 14th St. at 11:33 p.m. for burglary, disorderly conduct and parole violations.

Sept. 13

  • An 18-year-old female was arrested at 12:14 a.m. at 13th Ave. and 10th St. and in the 1200 block of 11th Ave. for fleeing and eluding police officers. Additionally, a 15-year-old female was arrested for resisting and obstructing officers, violating curfew and first-offense minor in possession of alcohol, while a 16-year-old female was arrested for resisting and obstructing officers and violating curfew.
  • At 11:39 a.m., officers recovered an abandoned child’s bicycle in the 1300 block of 1st St.
  • Police arrested a 22-year-old female for assault in the 1600 block of 16th Ave. at 5:31 p.m.

Sept. 14

  • At 5:20 p.m., a 45-year-old male was cited for consuming alcohol in a city park at Veterans Memorial Park and 1st St.
  • A 12-year-old male was arrested for retail theft in the 1000 block of 10th Ave. at 6:35 p.m. and issued a warning against trespassing at a local business.
  • Officers responded at 8:17 p.m. to investigate a juvenile problem involving a 12-year-old female at 3500 12th St.
  • Driving with a suspended license led to the arrest of a 17-year-old male at 10:51 p.m. at 10th St. and 26th Ave.

Sept. 15

  • Speeding resulted in a citation for a 64-year-old male at 10:35 a.m. at 9th Ave. and 10th St.
  • At 2:25 p.m., a 44-year-old male was arrested in the 4100 block of 10th St. on a bench warrant through the Menominee County Sheriff’s Office.
  • A traffic stop at 10th St. and 30th Ave. at 3:58 p.m. led to the arrest of a 52-year-old female for driving without a license, as well as the arrest of a 48-year-old male for permitting a person with a suspended license to operate a vehicle and driving without insurance.
  • An arrest occurred at 7 p.m. in the 900 block of 5th St., where a 38-year-old male was taken into custody for breaking and entering, assault and malicious damage to property.
  • At 9:31 p.m., a 39-year-old male was arrested at 10th Ave. and 13th St. for driving without an operator’s license.

Marinette Police Department: Sept. 14 - Sept. 20

Sept. 14

  • London Hiers was arrested on a probation warrant at 3103 White St. at 9:01 a.m.
  • At 12:02 p.m., vehicles operated by Russell Wesoloski and Tara Robinson collided in the 1600 block of Main St., with no injuries or citations reported.

Sept. 15

  • At 8:40 a.m., Tomas Schimmel was arrested on a probation hold at 3540 Old Peshtigo Rd.
  • A two-vehicle collision occurred at 1:05 p.m. at 2103 Hall Ave. between vehicles operated by Austin Stedman and Sky McConnell, resulting in no injuries or citations.
  • An e-bike accident at 805 Ogden St. at 1:17 p.m. occurred when Shawn Francour struck a fire hydrant, resulting in transport to BAMC for injuries.
  • Lucas McGuire was taken into custody on a valid warrant near Pierce Ave. and Newberry Ave. at 1:47 p.m.
  • At 3:28 p.m., John Schaut was arrested on a probation hold at 3540 Old Peshtigo Rd.

Sept. 16

  • Officers arrested Caleb Barstow on a probation warrant near Stephenson Ave. and Wisconsin St. at 12:22 a.m.
  • At 10:24 p.m., Theodore VanHolt was arrested at 1740 Stephenson Ave. for disorderly conduct, resisting an officer and possession of THC.

Sept. 17

  • A traffic signal was struck at Carney Ave. and Marinette Ave. at 1:21 p.m. by a vehicle operated by Donald Ledden, who received a citation for unsafe lane deviation with no injuries reported.

Sept. 18

  • At 9:46 a.m., Devin Spencer was arrested on a probation warrant at 812 Terrace Ave.
  • Police arrested Catelyn Czerp on a probation hold at 3450 Old Peshtigo Rd. at 10:45 a.m.
  • Penny Fuller received a citation for retail theft at 2900 Roosevelt Rd. at 12:21 p.m.
  • At 12:51 p.m., a vehicle operated by Toni Lapalime struck a legally parked vehicle owned by Kody Baumler at 2297 Roosevelt Rd., with no injuries or citations issued.
  • Katelyn Czerp was arrested on a probation hold at 637 Marinette Ave. at 2:23 p.m.
  • Retail theft at 2900 Roosevelt Rd. resulted in the arrest of Gregory Beno at 5:54 p.m.
  • At 6:44 p.m., Jeffery Cobra was cited near Marinette Ave. and Pine St. for possession of THC.
  • Grace Gaffney was cited for possession of THC near Marinette Ave. and Mary St. at 8:26 p.m.

Sept. 19

  • Richard Bender was arrested at 1:47 a.m. near Riverside Ave. and Hattie St. for fourth-offense operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.
  • At 8:43 p.m., Michael McFadden reported the theft of a Worx leaf blower at 2430 Hall Ave.
  • Police executed a warrant arrest at 926 Elizabeth Ave. at 9:38 p.m., taking Kendra Drafz into custody.

Sept. 20

  • At 10:56 a.m., Daniel Houska was arrested on an active probation hold at W1439 Old Peshtigo Rd.
  • Amanda James was cited for trespassing at 2900 Roosevelt Rd. at 5:03 p.m.
