Sept. 4

• At 1:56 a.m., an 18-year-old male and a 19-year-old male were arrested at 18th Ave. and 13th St.; the 18-year-old was charged for having open intoxicants, being a minor in possession of marijuana and being a minor in possession of vaping products, while the 19-year-old was charged for having open intoxicants, being a minor in possession of marijuana and being a minor in possession of alcohol (first offense).
• Two boys, ages eight and 10, were arrested at 2:41 p.m. for wrongfully throwing objects in the 1100 block of 37th Ave.
• A 55-year-old female was arrested at 10:44 p.m. for driving without vehicle insurance at 9th Ave. and 13th St.
• At 11:16 p.m., a 20-year-old male was arrested at 10th St. and 38th Ave. for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, having open intoxicants, being a minor in possession of alcohol (first offense), being a minor in possession of vaping products and being a minor in possession of marijuana.

Sept. 5

• Officers arrested a 21-year-old male at 1:23 a.m. at 10th Ave. and 11th St. for operating a vehicle while highly intoxicated and violating parole.
• A 35-year-old female was taken into custody on a bench warrant at 3:04 p.m. in the 1200 block of 11th Ave.
• At 7:13 p.m., a 36-year-old female was arrested for unlawful use of a license plate and operating a vehicle without insurance at 10th St. and 23rd Ave.
• Menominee officers assisted county deputies at 9:26 p.m. with a felony warrant arrest of a 44-year-old male in the 1100 block of 14th Ave.
• A 32-year-old female was arrested at 10:19 p.m. at 1st St. and 10th Ave. for allowing an unlicensed minor to drive.

Sept. 6

• At 12:25 a.m., a 39-year-old male was arrested at 10th Ave. and 11th St. for operating a vehicle while highly intoxicated, resisting and obstructing officers and littering.
• A 49-year-old male was warned for trespassing at 12:24 p.m. in the 3000 block of 10th St. after being found searching through vehicles on private property.
• At 8:34 p.m., a 44-year-old female was arrested at 10th St. and 34th Ave. for possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver.
• A 33-year-old male was arrested at 9:20 p.m. at 14th St. and 24th Ave. on a bench warrant, for the possession of narcotics and probation violation. At 11:24 p.m., a 36-year-old female received a citation at 30th Ave. and 10th St. for an expired registration plate.

Sept. 7

• An assault involving a 16-year-old male attacking a family member was investigated by officers at 12:01 a.m. in the 700 block of 46th Ave.

Sept. 8

• At 7:25 a.m., officers recovered a found wallet from Henes Park in the 100 block of Henes Park Dr.
• A citation was issued to a 44-year-old female at 12:42 p.m. for disregarding a stop sign at 22nd St. and 14th Ave.
• Officers arrested a 49-year-old male at 5:55 p.m. in the 2900 block of 13th St. and 5000 block of River Rd. in Stephenson for the unlawful driving away of a motor vehicle and driving with a revoked license (second offense).

Sept. 9

• At 8:36 a.m., a 28-year-old male was arrested in the 800 block of 10th Ave. for making terroristic threats.
• A 36-year-old male was cited at 9:05 p.m. at 14th Ave. and 13th St. for a defective muffler.
  Sept. 10
• At 9:05 p.m., a 22-year-old male was cited at 10th St. and 17th Ave. for failing to provide proof of vehicle insurance.
• Officers arrested a 31-year-old male at 11:19 p.m. at 9th Ave. and 2nd St. for disorderly conduct and parole violation.

Sept. 4

• At 1:10 p.m., a 17-year-old male was cited for possession of a nicotine vape at 2135 Pierce Ave.
  Sept. 5
• Jesse Borchardt was arrested on a valid probation warrant at 9:22 a.m. near Cleveland Ave. and Shore Dr.
• At 9:51 p.m., Ayva Rouse was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (third offense) at 1600 Ely St.

Sept. 8

• A probation hold led to the arrest of Aleasha Thiry at 1:57 p.m. at 3540 Old Peshtigo Rd.
• No injuries or citations were reported after vehicles operated by Reyd Burch and James Dutkavich collided at 6:07 p.m. at 2103 Hall Ave.
• A motorcycle accident occurred at 7:50 p.m. at 825 Main St., where Brock Yenor was thrown from his motorcycle after performing an evasive maneuver and was transported to BAMC for injuries.
• Officers arrested Katelyn Corey for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (second offense) at 9:25 p.m. after her vehicle struck several trees at 617 Raymond St.

Sept. 9

• Michael Wendland was taken into custody on a valid probation hold at 10:02 a.m. at 3540 Old Peshtigo Rd.

Sept. 10

• At 12:21 a.m., Sheila Verhagen was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (first offense) at Deer Lake Rd. and Dellis Ln.
• Thomas Jessel was arrested on a probation hold at 9:56 a.m. at 3450 Old Peshtigo Rd.
• A two-vehicle collision occurred at 11:52 a.m. at 2002 Hall Ave. when a vehicle operated by William Heitman struck a vehicle driven by Cathleen Carl; no injuries occurred, and Heitman was cited for an improper turn.
• Officers arrested Amari Williams at 4:38 p.m. at University Ave. and Shore Dr. for possession of cocaine with intent to deliver, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Charges of disorderly conduct, battery and criminal damage to property were referred to DHS for a 13-year-old male at 7:44 p.m. in the City of Marinette.

Sept. 11

• A collision involving vehicles driven by Cynthia Verschay and Timothy Tanguay occurred at 4:47 p.m. at Stearns Rd. and Cleveland Ave., resulting in no injuries or citations.
• Shannon Pairon was arrested on a valid warrant at 11:32 p.m. at 1018 1st St.
