At 6:30 p.m., a 29-year-old male was cited for failing to yield the right-of-way at Eighth Ave. and Eighth St., which led to a two-vehicle accident causing minor damage to one vehicle and functional damage to the other, but no injuries.
At 8:33 p.m., a 32-year-old male was cited in the 3400 block of 10th St. for keeping an unlicensed dog that bit a 41-year-old male.
At 8:57 p.m., in the 900 block of Doyle Dr., officers investigated a report of a 10-year-old female and a 13-year-old female assaulting another 10-year-old female.
At 9:59 p.m., a 43-year-old female was arrested at Eighth Ave. and Eighth St. for failing to vaccinate her dog, which had previously bitten a 70-year-old male on June 2.

At 8:11 a.m., officers investigated a report of retail theft in the 1000 block of 10th Ave.. At 2:31 p.m., a 39-year-old male was arrested in the 700 block of 10th Ave. for leaving the scene of an accident that caused damage to both vehicles involved, but no injuries.

At 10:23 p.m., a 31-year-old male was arrested at 10th St. and 10th Ave. for operating a vehicle without insurance.

At 12:42 a.m., a 34-year-old female was arrested in the 700 block of Ninth Ave. for felonious assault with strangulation and second-degree child abuse. Concurrently, a 31-year-old male was arrested for two counts of fourth-degree child abuse, a probation violation and a bond violation.
At 12:08 p.m., officers investigated a two-vehicle accident at 10th Ave. and U.S. Hwy. 41 that caused functional damage to one vehicle and disabling damage to the other, but no injuries.

At 12:45 p.m., a vehicle operated by Hannah Forde and a vehicle operated by Peter Johnson collided at U.S. Hwy. 41 and County T.
Peter Johnson was cited for inattentive driving, and no injuries were reported from the collision.
