Menominee County Sheriff’s Office: November 1 – November 12

November 1

  • At 6:02 p.m., a deputy conducted a traffic stop on First St. in the City of Menominee for a vehicle lacking registration plates. The driver, a 30-year-old Menominee man, was arrested for having no insurance and received a warning for the registration violation.

November 3

  • Rescue teams and a deputy responded to a one-vehicle rollover crash on CR 577 in Faithorn Township at 9:32 a.m. Samantha Christy, 28, of Vulcan, lost control and overturned in a ditch after swerving to avoid a deer; she was transported to a hospital.
  • At 2:08 p.m., a deputy assisted child protective services with an investigation on Division St. in the City of Stephenson.

November 4

  • Deputies investigated a domestic dispute on High St. in Spalding Township at 9:19 p.m. The parties were separated, and the case was sent to the prosecutor for review.

November 5

  • At 9:54 a.m., a deputy began an investigation into an assault in Nadeau Township that reportedly occurred several months prior.
  • A two-car injury accident occurred at 3:21 p.m. on US 2 in Spalding Township. Michelle Savage, 34, of Loretto, rear-ended a vehicle driven by Ryder Joyce, 33, of Norway, who was stopped in the roadway. Both drivers had non-life-threatening injuries.
  • At 10:34 p.m., a 28-year-old Hermansville woman was arrested on CR 358 in Daggett Township for operating while under the influence of drugs, driving with a suspended license and resisting an officer.

November 6

  • At 11:02 a.m., a deputy investigated a report of malicious destruction of property on Main St. in Spalding Township involving a substance on a vehicle. The matter was closed after the substance was washed off without damage.
  • A stray, aggressive dog was reported on Sunset Dr. in Menominee Township at 11:50 a.m. The dog was eventually taken to an animal shelter.
  • At 6:40 p.m., deputies responded to Menza Ln. for an unwanted subject who forced entry into a home. A 62-year-old Daggett man was arrested for third-degree home invasion, entering without breaking, soliciting a sex act and indecent exposure.

November 7

  • At 9:58 a.m., an investigation began regarding an assault involving a juvenile in Harris Township. This led to the arrest of an 80-year-old Wilson man on Dec. 12 for two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct.
  • A domestic assault report on D-1 Rd. in Harris Township at 8:31 p.m. was determined to be a verbal altercation over an animal; no assault occurred.

November 8

  • At 11:44 p.m., a deputy investigated a suspicious situation on Willow Rd. in Menominee Township. A resident was found to be drinking in violation of probation.

November 9

  • Following a report of an intoxicated driver at 5:51 p.m., a 76-year-old Hermansville man was arrested on Old US 2 Rd. in Meyer Township for operating while visibly intoxicated.

November 10

  • At 5:30 a.m., a 41-year-old Daggett man was arrested in the City of Menominee on a circuit court warrant for failing to appear at an arraignment.

November 11

  • During a 3:33 p.m. traffic stop on 13th St. in the City of Menominee, a 40-year-old Marinette man was arrested for operating while under the influence of drugs and driving with a suspended license.

November 12

  • At 12:21 p.m., a deputy investigated a personal protection order violation in Holmes Township where a subject was on a property against court orders.
  • A harassment complaint was filed at 10:25 p.m. regarding text messages received on US-41 in Menominee Township.
  • At 11:05 p.m., a juvenile runaway was reported on Million Dollar Rd. in Ingallston Township. The juvenile was located safely the next day.

Marinette Police Department: December 19 – January 4, 2026

December 19

  • At 10:23 a.m., Sandra Lefebvre, 57, and Christopher VanMeerbeek, 61, were involved in a collision at Marinette Ave. and Mary St. VanMeerbeek was cited for having no insurance and driving too fast for conditions.
  • A collision between Brian Frank, 34, and Deidrik Rama, 20, occurred at Cleveland Ave. and Marinette Ave. at 11:37 a.m. Rama was cited for driving too fast for conditions.
  • At 12:37 p.m., Yvonne Maccoux, 87, and Linda Klatt, 51, were involved in a crash at Main St. and Hall Ave. Klatt was cited for inattentive driving, and Maccoux reported a possible injury.
  • At 6:29 p.m., Robert Conlon, 39, was cited for possession of THC and drug paraphernalia at Marinette Ave. and Minnesota St.
  • Cayden Whitaker, 17, and Barb Trempe, 64, were involved in a collision in the 400 block of Elizabeth Ave. at 10:39 p.m.

December 21

  • At 6:45 a.m., 19-year-old Branden Just was arrested for disorderly conduct at 3003 University Ave.

December 22

  • Kevin Larson, 54, was arrested at 5:11 p.m. at Marinette Ave. and Minnesota St. for possession of methamphetamine and fentanyl with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and a DOC warrant.
  • At 7:04 p.m., Matthew Hanson reported a fish scaler stolen or damaged at 1320 Church St.
  • A hearing aid found at the 6th St. boat launch was turned in to the department.

December 26

  • Vincenzo S. Ebbole was arrested at 3:24 a.m. at 2103 Hall Ave. for a failure to appear warrant.
  • At 8:32 a.m., Andrea Amster struck a light pole with her vehicle at Hattie Ct. and Riverside Ave.
  • Rachel M. Vanderhoof was taken into custody at 6:42 p.m. for first-offense operating while intoxicated at Hwy. 41 and Roosevelt Rd.
  • At 11:42 p.m., Kenneth P. O’Connor was arrested at 2019 Sherman St. for disorderly conduct and obstructing an officer.

December 27

  • At 1:20 p.m., Gene Wojchiehowski and Roger Watruba were involved in a two-vehicle collision at 2060 Old Peshtigo Rd.
  • Jordan Solomon was cited for possession of THC at 6:28 p.m. at Marinette Ave. and Cleveland Ave.
  • At 7:20 p.m., Erin Suchocki was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia at Marinette Ave. and Cleveland Ave.

December 28

  • At 2:24 a.m., Travis J. Berzsenki was cited for fourth-offense operating while intoxicated at Pierce Ave. and Mary St.

December 29

  • Demetrius A. Davis was arrested for felony bail jumping at 12:57 a.m. at 906 Elizabeth Ave.
  • At 9:59 a.m., Jimmy Harris and Melody Whitfield were involved in a traffic accident at 1826 Thomas Ave.

December 30

  • Trevor Verba and John Smith were involved in a collision at Hall Ave. and Stephenson St. at 9:26 a.m.
  • At 9:54 a.m., a three-vehicle crash involving Andrew Dzurick, Margarita Nygren and Elijah Krah occurred at 1905 Hall Ave.
  • A collision between Michael Steber and an unknown driver occurred at 10:16 a.m. at Hall Ave. and Stephenson St.
  • At 11:09 a.m., Nicholas Kornusky was involved in a hit-and-run collision with an unknown driver at Hwy. 64 and Hwy. 180.
  • Harold Dohl and Richard Ludt were involved in an accident at Marinette Ave. and Carney Ave. at 12:45 p.m.
  • At 1:32 p.m., Alan Kawano and Jaculyn Sawlsville collided at Stephenson St. and Hall Ave.
  • Adam Schartner and Beth Desotell were involved in a collision at Madison Ave. and Hall Ave. at 4:47 p.m.
  • At 4:51 p.m., Joan Reek was involved in a crash with an unknown driver at Woleske Rd. and Roosevelt Rd.
  • Mathew Maedke and Randall Kramer were involved in a collision at Industrial Pkwy. and Cleveland Ave. at 6:15 p.m.
  • At 7:20 p.m., Arteaga Estrada and Rivera Yeliangelis were involved in a collision at 2103 Hall Ave.

December 31

  • Matthew Havelka and Macen McQuire were involved in a crash at 1240 Marinette Ave. at 9:34 a.m.
  • At 4:56 p.m., Sheng Li and Brittany Bergschneider collided at Marinette Ave. and Cleveland Ave. Bergschneider was cited for driving with a suspended license and having no insurance.
  • Rebekah Malueg and Carter Johnson were involved in a hit-and-run at 1011 Marinette Ave. at 11:43 p.m. Johnson was cited for failing to notify police and imprudent speed.

January 1

  • At 9:50 a.m., Adora Verhagen was cited for second-offense underage alcohol at 807 Wells St.
  • Autumn Turcotte and John England were involved in a collision at 2881 Roosevelt Rd. at 11:34 a.m.
  • At 12:08 p.m., Wendell Myers was cited for disorderly conduct on Main St.
  • Alec Casselbury struck a traffic signal at Hall Ave. and State St. at 12:37 p.m. and was cited for hit-and-run and unsafe backing.
  • At 1:07 p.m., Hannah Keen struck a street sign at Hall Ave. and Hattie St.
  • Laney Grace and Larry Swanson were involved in a collision at Hattie St. and Hall Ave. at 5:38 p.m.
  • At 11:41 p.m., Stephen L. Pesola was arrested at 2109 Ella Ct. for possession of methamphetamine, THC, schedule III and IV narcotics, drug paraphernalia and a probation violation.

January 2

  • At 11:09 a.m., Hannah C. Jackson struck a traffic signal with her vehicle at Marinette Ave. and Hall Ave.
  • Erika Hoffman Peterson and Theresa J. Kosewski were involved in a collision at 11:41 a.m. at Marinette Ave. and Hall Ave.
  • At 1:37 p.m., Steven Martin and Roy Johnson were involved in a crash at 2291 Roosevelt Rd. Martin was cited for no insurance.
  • Joseph M. Crossman was arrested at 3:19 p.m. at 2029 Hall Ave. for battery to an elderly person.
  • At 7:31 p.m., Ethan J. Pitre was cited for possession of THC at 4010 Marinette Ave.

January 3

  • Brady Johnson and Jennifer Allen were involved in a collision at 10:49 a.m. at 2020 Hall Ave. Johnson was cited for inattentive driving and Allen for having no insurance.
  • At 11 p.m., William B. Robelia Jr. was arrested on a warrant at 912 Pierce Ave.

January 4

  • At 4:16 a.m., charges of battery and disorderly conduct were forwarded to the district attorney for Abigail L. Mineau following a domestic disturbance at 1821 Riverside Ave.
