Katrina “Tina” Maye, age 64, of Amberg, passed away with loved ones by her side on Friday, January 23, 2026. Tina had been battling a liver disease called PBC.
Tina was born January 5, 1962, in Manitowoc, and was adopted by the late Virginia and Rodney Coon.
Tina was united in marriage to Faron Maye in February 2001. Together they shared a love of camping, especially with family and friends. Tina also enjoyed cooking and sewing. She will forever be remembered for the personalized blankets she made.
Tina is survived by her husband, Faron; children: Mandy Huber, Stacy Huber, Kristen (Shane) Edlebeck, Sarah Guerino, and Jessica Guerino; 16 grandchildren, especially her beloved “little helper” Celia; 3 great-grandchildren; and Phil Sousa, who was like a son to her.
There will be a celebration of life at the Amberg Pub on February 28 from 1–5 PM.
