Wausaukee/Amberg Red Cross Blood Drive a Success

The Red Cross Blood Drive was held Monday, June 6th in Amberg at the Amberg Community Center. A total of 35 pints were collected. This could potentially help up to over 100 people. This ended the 2021-2022 scholarship drive for high school seniors. 

On Tuesday, July 5th at the Cornerstone Church in Athelstane they will start their 2022-2023 Scholarship drive. The blood drive will run from noon to 5 pm. Please call Barb to make an appointment at 715-927-5213. This will be a busy time of year, but please give some time to save lives. No one ever knows when blood will be needed in an emergency and medical illnesses. There also will be another drive on Monday, Sept. 12th at St. Augustine Educational Building from 12:30-5:30 p.m.
