Ross Behrendt

Ross Behrendt of Crivitz, on November 13, 2023, went home to God his Father and Savior Jesus Christ.

He was born, April 23, 1953 in Marinette to the late Roger and Phyllis (Jensky) Behrendt. He graduated from Marinette High School in 1971. He worked for Marinette Marine and the City of Marinette Fire Dept. until retirement. He was also a member of Crivitz Rescue Squad. He married Dawn Knutson October 30, 1976.

He is survived by his wife and their three children, (daughters) Amber Behrendt of Missouri, and Jenny (Mike) Nickels of Niagara WI,. Son Don (Natalie) Behrendt of Florence WI. Grandchildren Jonah, Jacob and Kenzee Behrendt, Jeffrey Nickels and Riley Frievalt. A sister Julie (Jack Schoblasky of Oshkosh, WI. Mother-in-law Peggy Knutson, sister-in-laws Gail Boburka, Brenda (Todd) Topel, Mia (Mike) Nelson and Sally Kneath. As well as many nieces and nephews. Preceding him in death are his parents, father-in-law Donald L. Knutson, and grandaughter Libby Behrendt.

There will be a Celebration of Life at Faith Church in Crivitz on Thursday, November 16 at 4-7 pm. A brief service from 5-5:30 pm will be held. Please no flowers or plants. Ross wanted to say thank you to all who were part of his life.
