Porterfield Taps Chris Rhode For Fire Commission Office

Mark Diercks is stepping down as a member of the Porterfield Fire Commission, and at the monthly meeting of the Porterfield Town Board at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 13, Chris Rhode is to be sworn in as a member of the commission. Rhode is to take on the responsibilities of secretary/treasurer of the Commission.

Other business on the Town Board meeting agenda includes action on an operator’s license for Cody Luedtke, plus reports on town finances, road work, cemetery, recycling center, and building permits.

There is provision on the agenda for Open Floor comments from the public.
