Peter Rizzardi - Letter to Editor

I have known Peter Noppenberg for the past 3 years. I will describe him as a very knowledgeable, motivated, honest and fair individual.

I have visited his courtroom and observed his practice in treating each defendant, appropriately, starting with the outstanding charge that brought them to court. He explains the charge in layman’s language, outlines options for payment, so as to be fair to the individual and at the same time fulfilling the court’s request. The responsibilities that the court expects Peter Noppenberg to follow in his position, has given him the opportunity to establish a test pilot format in retrieving outstanding debts to the City of Marinette. To this day, Peter Noppenberg has collected the individual debts in the thousands on a list of many and continues to process forward into the future.

Peter Noppenberg has been successful in his completing his term as Municipal Judge, and I recommend him for re-election of another term.
