Menominee River Chorus Presenting Concert

The Menominee River Chorus is presenting a free “Fall into Barbershop” concert on Sunday, October 9, at 3 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church located at 923 Fifth Street, in Menominee. The Remnants, a men’s barbershop chorus from Escanaba, will also be featured at the show. Free will donations will be accepted. Join them for an afternoon of fun filled music and entertainment.   The Menominee River Chorus is a group of women who enjoy four-part harmony barbershop style. The group has members from Peshtigo, Marinette, Menominee,
Wausaukee, Crivitz, Amberg, Stephenson, Daggett, Escanaba and Gladestone. The chorus entertains for a variety of community and social events throughout the year and contributes to a yearly music scholarship offered to graduating seniors in Marinette and Menominee counties. The group meets every Tuesday evening at 5:30 to 8 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church, 923 Fifth Street, Menominee.
