Master Gardners Receives Honorable Mention

Northern Lights Master Gardeners Association Inc. (NLMGAI) received an Honorable Mention for their entry in this year’s nation-wide All-America Selection Winners “Whimsical Garden” competition. The garden was a display at Harmony Demonstration Gardens, located on Hwy E just south of Hwy 64 where NLMGAI volunteers maintain the 3-acre garden.

All-America Selections is a non-profit organization founded in 1932 to test new plants for home gardening, utilizing a network of 90+ volunteer judges in over 50 trials grounds across North America to rate entries against comparisons (https://all-americaselections.org/).

Harmony Demonstration Gardens is part of Harmony Arboretum located 7 miles west of Marinette on Hwy 64, then 1/2 mile south on Cty Hwy E.  It is open year-round and there is no entrance fee.
