Marge Spataro 80th Birthday Luncheon Held March 19th

A birthday luncheon was held in honor Marge Spataro’s 80th birthday on March 19, 2023 at St. Agnes Church Hall. Marge was 1st child born of six to Olga and Joe Reynders on March 17, 1943 in West Allis. She grew up on a farm and met her 1st husband, Gale Eppers, who was a farmer, at a dance and they had 6 children.

Marge met her 2nd husband, Umberto, also at a dance. They were married and moved to the Amberg area in 1997 after having a cabin since 1993. They purchased the Hotel and other properties that they rented out.

This kept Marge busy working hard keeping them going. She and Umberto were a sight to see when they were out dancing. They both enjoyed dancing whenever they could. They also held spaghetti and meatball dinners to support area causes for many years.   

Marge has belonged to the Menominee River Chorus for many years singing at the Blesch Auditorium and other places. She is a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church and sings in the choir and is on the Parish Council. She travels to Germany to visit her daughter and grandchildren and also the US to visit other children and family. She has made the best of her 80 years of life and enjoys it to the fullest.
