Joseph F. Richards

Joseph F. Richards, 55, of Marinette, passed away Thursday, Oct. 14, 2021. 

Born in Oak Lawn, Ill.,  to Joseph and Helen Bayne-Richards, he graduated from John F. Kennedy High School in 1985. He married Lorraine Richards in April of 1995 and they had two children, William and Brittney Richards. He worked at Marinette Marine for nine years, first as a welder then as a machine operator. 

He loved to fish, bowl, play horseshoes, listen to music and spend time with the people he loved. Everyone knew him by his energetic personality and how he never failed to put a smile on someone’s face. 

He is survived by his wife, Lorraine Richards; their children, William and Brittney Richards and two brothers, Robert and Steve Richards. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Richards and Helen Bayne-Richards. 

Funeral services will be held at Hansen Onion Martell Funeral Home on Saturday, Oct. 23 at 2 p.m.
