Heidi Gerndt, Kristen Trader Retire From Suring School

At a special at 5:30 p.m. meeting on Wednesday, March 1, the Suring School District Board of Education approved a revision to the secretarial pay scale, an increase in time for a paraprofessional due to staffing needs, a price adjustment for the generator project, a parent transportation contract, and creation of a certificate of deposit with the Peshtigo National Bank.

Betsy Arndt was approved as High School/Middle School Secretary, Desiree Frank as Middle School head track coach and Carly Lemke as Middle School track assistant. Terry Garrigan was approved as a physical education teacher for 2023-2024 school year. Retirements of  Physical Education Teacher/Athletic Director Heidi Gerndt and  English Teacher Kristen Trader were accepted.

The Board worked on development of  Board Goals  for 2023-24, which are to be adopted at the  Board meeting on Wednesday, March 8.
