TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) Chapter #9469 of Marinette attended the TOPS SRD (State Recognition Days) on May 18-20 in Appleton. They attended workshops on nutrition and fad diet trends. Water exercises and chair exercises were done. A magician was Friday nights entertainment. This year is TOPS 75th anniversary/birthday.
