Coleman-Pound Lions Making Final Preparations for Banquet Feb. 10

The Coleman-Pound Lions make final preparations for their 15th Annual Chris Baenen Memorial Ice Fishing Sportsman’s Banquet set for Friday, Feb. 10th at Romy’s Holiday Inn Kelly Lake. There is still time to get into the action.  Call 920-591-0362 to get an application form, or check them out on Facebook. Doors open at 5:30 p.m., with dinner of Romy’s. Menu consists of Chicken, Tips and Fish at 7 p.m.

Chainsaw, Ice shacks, Fish locators, guns, jewelry, 50-50,  Cash, Bucket raffles an many more prizes are available to those who attend. Don’t miss out on this great fun event.

Proceeds benefit the Coleman, Pound, Klondike, and Beaver Community.
In other business the Lions Club will look into upgrading the “Welcome to Coleman” sign on Lions Point. The current sign is looking a little aged.

A thank you was received from the local Food Pantry for support in December.
Next meeting is 6:30 pm Monday, Feb. 6th at The Equity Club on Hwy. 64.
