Chaela Rabas is February Student of the Month

The Lena Lions  Club honored Chaela Rabas, daughter of Chad and Angela Rabas, as the Lena Lions Student of the Month for February. Chaela is a senior at Lena High School. Her activities include basketball, softball, and cross country.  She is a member of the National Honor Society, Student Council, and the FFA.

Chaela’s hobbies include showing cattle, wakeboarding and weightlifting. Her community activities include helping with the Toss for Charity, Neighborhood Dairy Distribution Day, Meals for Hope, the Annual Rabies Vaccination Clinic, Lifesaver River Cruise Benefit and the booster concession stand.

Chaela’s work experience includes working as a farm hand, managing a herd, and preparing cattle for shows.
She plans to attend North Dakota State University to earn a degree in Agriculture Engineering.
