This past Memorial Day was a time to remember and honor our veterans. Whether family, friend or seeing someone in a uniform, we reflect on their service to our country.

This past Memorial Day weekend we would like to apologize to the families and friends who did not see their loved ones showcased as our pride and joys representing the city on a well-deserved display for everyone to acknowledge their sacrifice and commitment to our country.

We will be calling families and explaining options for the current banners that were deemed, needed to be replaced. We also apologize for not contacting families prior to the Memorial Day weekend, as there is not enough hours in the day to accomplish everything needed to be done. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
