Audra Lee Marie Holm

Audra Lee Marie (LaPierre) Holm, 37, of East Chicago, Ind., formerly of the Marinette, Menominee area, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, Jan. 14, 2023 at Methodist Hospital in Gary, Ind.

Born Feb. 12, 1985 at Marinette General Hospital, to the late Larry and Donna (Anderson) LaPierre, she married Justin Holm on Aug. 14, 2010. She worked at many places as a Paramedic, most recently at Superior Ambulance, Methodist Hospital System and Schererville Fire Department.

Over the span of her life, she accomplished two of her biggest dreams of becoming a paramedic and most recently being hired by  Schererville Fire Department as a Civilian Paramedic, but her many fur babies were the light of her life.

She had an infectious smile and laugh that lit up any room she was in and was there to lend an ear to anyone who needed to vent.  Her biggest highlight was when she moved to her favorite place, Chicago, and most recently East Chicago Ind.

She will be missed by her family, friends and coworkers. 

She is survived by her husband, Justin; mother and father-in-law, Henry and Mary Holm, Wausau; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Jessica (Matt) Franson; a niece, Kaya and a nephew, Asher, all of Eleva, Wi. and many family members.

Visitation was held at  Cadieu Funeral Home in Menominee on Wednesday, Feb. 1 from noon until time of a Memorial Service at 1:30 p.m. Any expressions of sympathy can be sent to the family.
