Arline R. Oleck

Arline R. Oleck, 89, of Crivitz, passed away Thursday, March 14, 2024, at Rennes Health Care Center, West in Peshtigo, with family by her side.

 

Born Feb. 11, 1935, in Milwaukee, to the late Paul and Sophie Mantey, she graduated from Pulaski High School. She met and married George E. Oleck on Jan. 9, 1953, and they raised three children Jeffrey, Julie, and Joel.

 

In 1974 they moved to Crivitz where they owned and operated the Crivitz Egg Factory. She also worked many years in the medical profession and was a volunteer for many years on the Crivitz Rescue Squad.

 

She enjoyed her bowling leagues and for many many years, her trips to Florida. She loved all her grandchildren and was known for her sense of humor and left all with fond and hilarious memories.

 

She is survived by her sons, Jeffrey (Sheryl) of Panama City, Fla., Joel Oleck and Julie (Mike) Yoder and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

 

Including her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, George Oleck; her only brother Gilbert Mantey.

 

Services will be held at a future date to be determined. Rhodes Charapata Funeral Home is assisting the family.
