Muriel "Mirt" June Kaufman, 93, of Menominee, Mich. passed away on Saturday, March 12, 2022. She was born in Menominee on June 12, 1928 to the late Joseph and Mae (Janquart) Kapitz. Mirt graduated from Menominee High School class of 1946. She married C. Robert Kaufman on June 19, 1948 at St. Anne's Catholic Church in Menominee.

Heaven gained a beautiful angel on March 9, 2022. Marianne Moes loved the great outdoors, fishing, hiking, camping and looking at all the fall colors every year. She loved the Lord and attended church regularly where she sang in the choir. She loved her family unconditionally. Her silliness and wonderful laughter will be greatly missed.

She was born on June 9, 1935, to the late John and Irvella (Barker) Delfosse in Menominee. She graduated from Menominee High School in 1953 and had worked at the papermill before she was married.
